Rachel Ball

Rachel Ball is the Higher Education Liaison at Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services. She has worked in the education field for over 18 years in the Northern Kentucky area, holding various positions such as Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Director of Federal Programs, and College and Career Readiness Coordinator.  Rachel has a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Sport Management from Morehead State University while also receiving her School Leadership Certification from Northern Kentucky University.  She is an experienced educator and leader with a passion for helping students succeed.  Her favorite thing about being a NaviGo coach is helping students navigate their own interests and values to make post-secondary plans.
