Why You Coach: I coach to become a better me. I learn more from our scholars as they learn from me. Our world has changed tremendously in the last 3 years and our scholars are resilient to this change. They strive to better themselves, even in the face of such changes. 

Anything personal you want to share? (family, hobbies, etc.): My daughter Allie Graybill will be team-coaching with me this year! Beyond excited to see young leaders stepping into challenging roles.
