Larry Tibs

Larry is NaviGo’s Head Coach & Lead Trainer He was a founding member and a key player in the development of NaviGo’s proprietary curriculum. Larry has coached NaviGo Scholars and Individual Clients for over 10 years and has trained all the coaches on our team.

Larry spent 27 years in education as a high school teacher, counselor, Asst. Principal and Principal all at Dixie Heights High School. He retired in 2012 and immediately began working to help establish NaviGo. Larry has been working part time for NaviGo ever since as a coach, trainer and curriculum coordinator.
