I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Program Director of Ludlow High School’s 21st Century Community Learning Center since 2015. I enjoy working with middle school students, in particular, helping them explore their interests and discover new ones. It’s extremely satisfying to see them learn about themselves and others and what makes them “tick”. You won’t find a better collection of teachers, administrators and staff than the one in Ludlow. I’m very proud to be part of this team! I began my career in the human resources field, where I spent 20 years in employee relations, development and recruiting. In 2008, I transitioned from a corporate environment into education. I worked several years with the Kenton County School District, and started coaching high school students through NaviGo in 2012. That opportunity led me to Ludlow High School, where I’ve directed the before and after-school and summer enrichment programs for students in grades 7-9. Working with NaviGo provides me with the support necessary to achieve our program’s goals. It’s a company that truly cares about youth and families, and it’s filled with highly motivated, creative and compassionate people.
